I love to cook. And I also love coming up with my own recipes. That is the way I always was. I was never the one who loved following the recipes. My inspirations for my recipes come from the things that are already in my fridge, my freezer, or my pantry. I just look at the things I have and come up with the recipe on the spot.
From the moment I bought nacho shells, I wanted to make a recipe with them. So I decided to make the pees with meat, and add some nacho shells. It was a quick and easy meal, and of course, I will share with you my recipe.
Ingredients: One red onion. two carrots, 200 g of beef, 1 bag of pees, 2 cubes vegetable broth, 1 tbsp of any vinegar (it helps speed up the cooking of the meat), and nacho shells.
First I add meat, vegetable oil, and 1 tbsp of vinegar in the pot, and let it cook for about 30 minutes. then I add onion, peas, carrots, 2 cubes of vegetable broth, and water and cook for another 35-45 minutes. When done serve with broken nacho shells, or if you are not a fan of nachos, you can serve it with tortillas, or mash potatoes.
