Every holiday I try to make some sort of treats for my kids to make the holiday even more special for them. They also love to get in on the action and help me with baking. And today I wanted to share with you recipes for peanut butter cookies and chocolate muffins that we are making for Serbian Easter, hope you like them.
Peanut butter cookies
1 Cup peanut butter
1 Cup white sugar
Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.
Combine peanut butter with sugar and egg.
Drop spun full of dough on to the baking sheet, and bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Try not to overbake. Cookies are better when they are soft and just bearly brown on the bottom.
180 g all purposed flour
50 g cocoa
130 g Sugar
1 Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml Milk
120 ml Vegetable oil
200 g Milk chocolate
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
First mix all dry ingredients
Next, you want to combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and add melted chocolate.
Fill in the muffin cups almost all the way.
Bake for about 10 minutes, and then turn up the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes. You will know that they are ready when you stick the toothpick in the middle, and toothpick is dry.
Hope you like these kinds of recipes, let me know in the comments below.
Until next time, my darlings, Please stay safe, I love you, and happy Easter.
